2) Will it irritate sensitive skin?

No - our pieces are made with a nickel-free, skin-safe metal base and a premium silver-plated finish, so they’re comfortable for most people to wear every day.

If you’ve got very sensitive skin or metal allergies, we always recommend doing a quick patch test first or avoiding long exposure to water, sweat, or cologne — that keeps the finish looking clean and your skin happy.

Each piece is built for comfort, not irritation.

3) Can I adjust the chain length?

No — the chain isn’t adjustable. Each piece is crafted with a fixed length that’s balanced to sit right and feel comfortable.

If you prefer a longer or shorter fit, you can swap the chain for another of your choice — the pendant is detachable.

4) How long does shipping take?

Orders are processed in 1–2 business days, then shipped out fast through standard or express delivery.

Most orders arrive within 5–10 business days.

Once it’s on the way, you’ll get a tracking link so you can follow it right to your door.

5) What is your refund policy?

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or not quite right — we’ll make it right.

Just email fallensyndicate573@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a clear photo of the issue.

If it’s damaged in transit, we’ll send you a brand-new replacement, free of charge.

If the item’s out of stock, you’ll get a full refund back to your original payment method — no delays, no hassle.

Once we get it back and inspect it, we’ll process your refund right away.
